This homemade prebiotic “Bao Mayo” (Baobab Mayonnaise) is a true revelation. It is very quick to make and it is dairy-free.
3/4 cup of Olive Oil
2 Tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
2 heaped Tbsp of 100% Raw Organic Baobab Powder
1 garlic clove
1 tsp of honey
1/2 tsp of sea salt
3/4 cup of water
Method: Blend all the ingredients together except the water. Add the water last and blend on high speed until it thickens. Enjoy!
